2. Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, if you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription activation. After this period, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription activation. If you choose to cancel your annual subscription after this period, a pro-rata refund may be considered based on the unused portion of your subscription, at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@inviral.ai with your account details and the reason for your refund request. Please include any relevant information, such as your subscription ID and the date of purchase.
We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-refundable Situations
Please note that certain situations may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to:
- Services already rendered or consumed.
- Requests made after the specified refund period.
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
